I have a girl!

I remember thinking that there were certain things that I couldn't wait to do if I ever had a girl, one of them was getting her a cabage patch doll and another was putting her hair in pigtails, I have reached a milestone! She is so stinking cute these days!

Swimsuit season is here!

We have been loving going to the pool and running through the sprinklers! I just can't understand why everyone thinks it is so adorable when Ellie's chub is hanging out all over the place and when I look just the same, I get a different kind of look, sometimes things are just different for babies I guess!

Sometimes being a dinosaur can be just plain exhausting!

Greatest Girls Trip Ever!

So my closest girlfriends and I decided that it was time to leave the men at home and head out for a week of fun. We went to Las Vegas and Los Angeles and had the time of our lives. We didn't leave anything out from a spa day, nice dinners, going to the ocean, dancing at clubs, hitting up Six Flags, and trying to spot stars on Sunset Blvd. It was a time that I will never forget. I am so furtunate to have a great hubby who will take care of things on the home front for me to get away and also to have the greatest girlfriends in the world!

Learning to crawl is hard to do!

I found these pictures of both Ashton and Ellie taken at 8 1/2 months, they were both just figuring out what needs to be done in order to crawl! Ellie chose the flying tecnique with both of her hands held out to the side of her body while Ashton preferred the push up style. Ashton was such a chub weighing 7 more pounds than Ellie at this age!

Like brother, like sister?

So I swear that Ellie wants to do everything that Ashton does because he is the coolest. They are so funny. I got them out the bath and into their cute little robes, which they LOVE, and Ellie was all smiley so I thought it would be a great time to get a picture. Ashton was sucking his thumb because he was getting tired. Ellie looked at Ashton as I was trying to get him to take his thumb out and smile. The next thing I know, she pops her thumb in too. What silly kids!
